Maya Gomez has always marched to the beat of her own drum. Living in New York City and thriving as the social media manager of a Michelin three-star restaurant in the heart of the city, she feels like she might finally have her life figured out. That is, until her parents drop a total bomb on her: they’re retiring and their beloved family ski resort now belongs to her.
What she didn’t plan on? Accidentally calling Mr. Control Freak himself, Henry Parker. iChalking the incident up to an embarrassing accident and nothing more, she goes in blind trying to learn what it means to run Snowy Peak full time on her own. That is, until Henry shows up on her doorstep and offers his expertise.
As the ghosts of exes past come out of the woodwork now that she owns the resort, Maya must face the music of her own bad decisions. But when her friendship with Henry starts to mix business with pleasure, she begins to wonder if she’s been going about love all wrong…
